Office Manager

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support administrative staff in their duties to ensure the office is operating smoothly and efficiently by employing efficient and competent administrative staff

  • Divide and delegate office duties based on the individual’s skill level

  • Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately

  • Analyze existing administrative procedures and come up with ways in which they can be improved

  • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems

  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports

  • Assist with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure

  • Ensure the billing is all inclusive and accurate

  • Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls

  • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary

 

Qualifications for Office Manager

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field

  • 2+ years of construction office experience in an administrative/office management role

  • Good typing skills; proficient in MS Word, Excel and Google Applications; and able to work swiftly and accurately through various small office projects

  • Must have exceptional attention to detail and conscientious

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to strategically prioritize tasks

  • Must be a self-starter and driven

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google applications

  • TEXAS Driver’s License and good driving record

 

Term: Two-month trial period

Hours: Full time 8:00am-5:00pm 1-hour lunch

Compensation: $20 - $35/hour depending on experience

Service Electrician

Responsibilities

  • Competently repair electrical equipment and systems in residential and commercial settings. As a service electrician, you will troubleshoot electrical problems and install new wiring or other components to fix lighting, fuse boxes, control panels and generators.

 

Requirements

  • Must have Journeymen Electrician License,

  • Valid drivers license, be insurable, and no DUI(s)

Compensation: $25 - $35/hour depending on experience
